Manufacturing Partner, interior wood products (iwp)
Many years ago DesignLine Dental Systems and Interior Wood Products formed a partnership. We share equipment with IWP, so all of our parts are made on their machines. Once the parts are made they move to DesignLine's Custom Build Department at IWP. IWP focuses on the front end of commercial jobs such as reception areas, business offices, restrooms, breakrooms, medical offices, hospitals and banks. Their attention to detail and quality of work have made them great partners.

The Engineering Team
a team effort from start to finish
Once your design is finalized the drawings move to our Engineering Department. The drawings are loaded into a state of the art 3D CAD software that creates fabrication drawings aka "Shop Drawings" which the CNC, computerized cutting machines, use to cut the parts from the selected materials. Once the parts are cut they move into our Custom Build Department. Once here DesignLine's trained carpenters begin the assembly of your cabinetry. Once assembled your cabinets are blanket wrapped and shipped out to your site for our installers to custom fit everything.
